[CANCELED] The Emigration Observatory is organising the hybrid webinar "'Free' movement for Portuguese in Luxembourg" on 29 April at 15h00. This webinar, which takes place in parallel in the B2.03 auditorium of Iscte, University Institute of Lisbon, will feature Claudia Hartmann-Hirsch, from the University of Luxembourg, with Pedro Candeias, from the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-Iscte), from Iscte, University Institute of Lisbon, in the opening and moderating session, and José Carlos Marques, from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, commenting.
